Elite Performance Training Systems (EPTS) was established in 2009 by Jeremy Campbell, a former Division 1 collegiate and professional athlete. Jeremy envisioned a place where the modern athlete could prepare for competition at their highest level both mentally and physically. He envisioned an environment that would be conducive to driving each athlete to reach his or her full athletic potential. EPTS specializes in making athletes faster, stronger, more agile, and explosive, while simultaneously building character. Our general fitness programs are geared for any gender and fitness level. Whether you’re looking for weight loss, improving strength and endurance, or just looking to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, EPTS works for you.

16 Week/ 4 Phase Program Starting 9/19
Phase 2 (Weeks 5-8): Absolute Strength: The purpose of this phase is to get the athlete strong! Low reps, high intensity and a variety of compound movements such as cleans, deadlifts, presses and squats.
Phase 3 (Weeks 9-12): Explosive/Rotational Strength: The purpose of this phase is to increase the baseball players explosive and rotational strength. This is done through plyometric training, and the continuation of strength training with an increased emphasis on the speed of the rep.
Phase 4 (Weeks 13-16) Specificity and Conditioning: The purpose of this phase is to prepare the athlete to return to the field. Conditioning and change of direction drills become more prevalent, strength exercises start to simulate movements done on the field. Our primary focus is to apply the strength gains we have acquired earlier in the program to create power in movements that will ultimately translate over to increased speed and explosiveness on the field.
